The residential campus of Duchy College and based upon the model Duchy Home Farm giving the centre a unique atmosphere and appearance. Situated in rolling countryside some 25 minutes from the heart of Plymouth the facilities include a purpose built Learning Resources Centre and library, information and technology centre and corporate suite, machinery and estate workshops, social club, sports hall, Sam's fast food area as well as comprehensively equipped classrooms. Free Internet access is available throughout the College.The grounds and gardens are used extensively by students, whether on the golf driving range, orienteering, equestrian cross country courses, greenhouse and poly tunnel cultivation, 11 metre climbing tower, games pitches, in the woods studying flora and fauna or learning to use farm machinery and tractor driving. Stoke Climsland campus is also the home of the world renowned Duchy College Equitation School with stabling for 86 horses, 2 indoor arenas, 1 outdoor menage, and 3 cross country courses.
